i hate facebook with a burning passion, yet i can't seem to ever stop. it is the biggest waste of time of my life. i was so frustrated with my lack of ability to focus that i seriuosly considered deleting my facebook. but i figured that may be taking it too far. now my punishment is just a 24-hour moratorium.

Dec. 23rd, 2005 @ 06:53 pm Oregon Trail!
Current Music: strenuous pace music.
So kirsten got my oregon trail to work somehow... its very exciting. i <3 oregon trail.

i'm pretty bad at it now though, i need some practice. for example:
April 15, 1848
We have arrived at the Big Blue River Crossing.
The river is too deep to ford. We lost:
3 oxen
1 set of clothing
1 wagon tongue
Ashley (drowned)

I'm basically amazing at hunting though:
April 21, 1848
We shot 86 pounds of meat. (with only 2 bullets)

My oxen are being rather problematic:
April 24, 1848
An ox is sick.
An ox wandered off for 3 days.
An ox is sick.

But anyway, my Oregon Trail people aren't doing so well, i might die soon.

Everyone have a lovely holiday!

finished 2 gov things, i think thats deserving of a break, even if they're like the 2 easiest things.

why have i had so many essays/things to write this week? i think i've written like 8,000 words so far this week. um, ew.

my house is infested with wasps. it is ridiculously gross. i can't like go anywhere, without checking all doors, door handles, where i step, what i eat.. etc. i have no idea where they came from, and i dont' like it at all.

had a girl scout fundraiser for the last two days which was basically just a waste of time/money/etc. i don't think i will ever carve a pumpkin again. not that i even had to carve lots of pumpkins..its just being around them in the cold for long periods of time, then coming home and smelling like fire. lol.

this has been a bad week, and seemingly bad for just about everyone else. only 2 more days. not soo bad actually.

*edit* haha, i just reread this entry, and its very...negative. oops. i do have good things to say too-homecoming is in 3 days,my sister is coming home then, and i understand my physics chapter! (those are all of about equal standing, lol)

i've been feeling very organized recently, which is a good thing. i just have so many lists and evverything.

registered for SAT in nov, is anyone else taking it then? i feel bad i'm like the only one not taking some sort of SAT class, but oh well, i don't want to!

girl scouts is actually.. happening again, which is good. yay for 4 person troop.

and OH MAN... class meeting today. Homecoming this year. theme.... is "1920s Haunted Mansion". um.. what.... i don't even know who to blame, lindsey said that wasn't even one of their choices to vote on. oh well.. i guess we'll just have a slightly oddly decorated gym this year...

ok, off to ACE awards, those dumb ol things.

Sep. 19th, 2005 @ 08:22 pm my lovely monday.

had an interesting afternoon, me and lindsey and my dad flew to central jersey for dinner. oh man.

^^just an awesome little homebuilt that was really cool.... it actually flew around in the traffic pattern with us!
and clarification for all chestermom lj readers: i didn't actualllly say any of that, she is quite the exaggerator. (sp...?)

so school was marginal. mostly it just gave me a bad headache. econ is the only interesting class... i really think i'll like that one.

physics = death by boredom. yannetti started like writing grades on the board 5  minutes into the period, and i just zoned out for the rest of the time. blah, if i think thats boring, we'll see how the rest of the year goes. atleast josh and chase and lauren are there with me!

carnival last night, that was fun. um chase, i love your sisters. lol.

i'm very excited, i start teaching my piano lessons next week. hooray!

i have facebook invites, anyone?

and thats it.

ps, ashley, mr gavin and mr raffay both say hi, wanted to email you or something. you were quite the topic of discussion today.

oh man, i had a mocha smoothie today at wicker. it was so amazing, it deserves an entire livejournal update. i'm starting to acquire a taste for coffee now.

my dads quote of the day: "i won't call myself a conservative, i just have a strong commitment to self reliance." haha, pretty good.

school in a week. ohhh yeah.

where's my latin?!

had a lovely 9 hours at the pool today, felt like killing myself by the end.

anyone know where the lockers are? i'm B18... i'm guessing this is on the regular floor. Poor freshmen (i.e. Kirsten) got stuck in the basement. yuck. So B, wherever it is, is sounding quite nice.
